"I should have called them in the beginning, I've used them before, they were great! That's 100% on me. I'm going to throw shade now to some other companies. Two of the highest rated electricians in town were ridiculous. One gave me a quote so high it was insulting. His words were it's the "price of doing business". The other highest rated company that goes by three letters wouldn't even give me the min price. You know, like what does it cost to have a guy come out? Nope can't tell you. So who knows what they would have finally charged me. My sister says, "Just call OK! You like them." Duh. Shame on me. I called OK talked to Amy got a min hourly price then shortly after a tech called me back to verify my issue. I think he's the boss man, I forgot his name. He said it would be a no brainer and they would be in touch. Got a call today Mitch was on his way one day after talking to Amy. Mitch was knowledgably, friendly, and fixed the issue immediately. Since we had him for an hour, he checked out our deck for a future outdoor roller shade outlet, talked to us about our basement issue then was on his way. I should have just called them in the first place. I don't know why I torture myself. Thank you Mitch, Amy and OK Electric. You are better than OK you're great. LOL!"

"We recently lost power due to the wildfires and were in desperate need of help to get these repairs done. I was referred by another electrician friend of mine that spoke very highly of OK Electric and after calling and speaking with their staff, I understood quickly why. The GM, Boone, was immediately willing to meet onsite and discuss the plan. He assisted us in finding a new electrical pole and had us scheduled right after we had the pole set. Mitch and Matt were our electricians that completed the job. They were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and hard working. Every thing a customer could hope for. My family and I are very grateful for OK Electric and all of their staff! We highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance."
